CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMA STANDARDS

 

 

As a professional examination board, we conduct examinations or other suitable tests with the objects of raising the status of those practicing Entrepreneur and vocation to high professional level and to certify their competent and award Diplomas, Advance Diplomas and Executive Diplomas.

 

When we indicate that our Certificate and Diplomas are equivalent to certain qualification we mean that the degrees of difficulty and the amount of work and understanding called for to succeed are about the same for the qualifications.

The College Examination Scheme provides an examination service, which' recognizes levels of achievements determined be established standards acceptable to the business and professional communities. These standards have been agreed in practical terms by businessmen and teachers of Entrepreneur and Vocational studies and are based on the expectations of their various industries in satisfying their organizations. Our major criteria therefore apart from knowledge, ability to solve problems, control of skill, etc., are improvement on basic way of doing businesses and self - reliance

 

STANDARD

The syllabuses presented by the College of Entrepreneur and Vocational studies of Nigeria for the award of Associate ship Diploma in the various areas from foundation to final are considered rich and compared favorably standard for the award. The courses and topics covered are wide enough to provide enough background in preparing the candidates at middle level manpower in Entrepreneur, Vocation and General Administration in Nigeria and beyond.

 

MEMBERSHIP EXAMINATION

The College professional examination scheme, which has always been based on multi-disciplinary syllabi, has been reviewed. In order to keep pace with the latest developments in professional Entrepreneur and vocation administration techniques, make our members more versatile and more relevant to the changing complexities of business practices in this jet age, as well as to reinforce our expertise in the wide area of professional practice, hence the reviewed of our examination syllabi. .

 

BASIC STRUCTURE FOR COLLEGE OF ENTREPRENUER & VOCATIONAL STUDIES OF NIGERIA

EXAMINATION TIME-TABLE & CENTRES

The examinations are normally held in April and August of each year. The actual dates of the

Examinations will be published and individual notifications of the date, time and center of the examination will be sent so as to reach candidates at least 10 days before the examination Commences or candidates are advised in absence of the above to call at their nearest accredited center or head office for Clarification.

 

Centers for Training/Examination are across the states.

 

EXAMINATION FEES

Information on the exact fee payable each time a candidate applies to sit for a Professional Examination is obtainable at the National Secretariat, Zonal Offices or as stated on the purchased form.

 

The College reserves the right to change the fees "at any time without giving advance notice. If a candidate withdraws his application to sit or fails to present himself for examination, no part of the fee will be refunded.
