The Association for Entrepreneur and Vocational Studies Professionals of Nigeria

The Association for Entrepreneur and Vocational studies Professionals of Nigeria is a professional body dedicated to the promotion and development of science and art of Entrepreneur and vocation for nation’s growth in Nigeria, Diaspora and the world at large.

The Association is a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal. An independent, non-political, nongovernmental and non-profit making professional organization with an established college of academic excellence as center of enterprise and vocation development where candidates are professionally trained “College of Entrepreneur and Vocational Studies of Nigeria”.  The body maintains an association of professionally qualified men and women in the field of Entrepreneur, Vocation, Agriculture, Industry and manufacture for the promotion and advancement of business, vocational skills and Industry by introducing professional training and qualifying examination scheme in providing adequate skilled manpower locally and internationally in all aspects of business oriented in accordance to Nigerian business environment in particular and the world at large.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  1. Promoting the art and science of Professionalism in Entrepreneur and vocation being defined as developing the Employers for competence and capability of running smoothly their businesses and skills acquisition of products and services from those who produce them to the final consumer, broadly the term embraces trade, Agriculture, all manner of vocations, warehousing, transport, Mechanical, Electrical, advertising and all their auxiliary activities.

  2. Raising standards of knowledge and skills to be attained by persons seeking to become registered "ENTREPREUNER AND VOCATION PRACTITIONERS" and reviewing those standards, from time to time as circumstances may warrant.

  3. Securing in accordance with the provision of the constitution of the Association as established maintenance of a register of members in the categories of students, associates, members, fellows and distinguished fellows.

  4. To admit as students through the College of Entrepreneur and Vocational studies of Nigeria who are not yet qualified for membership and wish to be qualified through examination of the college and also admit as members

  5. Persons who are suitably qualified not necessarily through the examination of the College and have suitable experience in the field of Entrepreneur and Vocation.

  6. Performing through the council established under the constitution, those functions conferred on it.

  7. To institute a record of practitioners in Entrepreneur and vocation to be known as ASSOCIATION FOR ENTREPRENUER AND VOCATIONAL STUDIES PROFESSIONALS OF NIGERIA with details of experience and specialized knowledge or qualification and to assist organizations desirous of obtaining the services of such practitioners.

  8. To arrange meetings, discussions, Conferences and the like on matters of common interest and generally for the exchange of ideas on the practices of Entrepreneur and vocation

  9. To open and maintain a register of students who are desirous of becoming members of the Association but who do not yet qualify for membership and wish to qualify through examinations of the College.

  10. To encourage and foster high professional standards by its members and to practice such standards.

  11. To issue bulletins, journals and/or other publication concerning Entrepreneur and vocational studies.

  12. To give and develop a united voice to the Entrepreneur and Vocation practitioner and to enhance its influence.

  13. To develop and maintain relations with other relevant bodies or authorities.

  14. To aid the promotion of Entrepreneur and vocation through her College.
